Lobbies Open For Appointment Only Effective November 5th, 2020
For the safety of our members and employees, beginning Thursday, November 5th, M1 lobbies will be open for appointment only.
Our full-service drive-thru, phone and text services, and M1 e.Services will continue to meet all your needs.
For in-lobby services, please call or text 616-527-3900, to speak with a representative to assist you. All members will be required to wear a face-covering to enter our Offices and should ensure they are not experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.
We appreciate your understanding as we keep the safety of our members, employees, and communities our top priority.
